Condition does not confirm working functions on every machine. For salvage machines, separate movement evidence from evidence that working systems were tested. On a mower, that does not confirm cutting-system operation or drive behavior under load.
One Exmark Vertex listing showed Run and drive, Rollover, 87 mi actual, and Has key No. That mileage cannot substitute for machine hours.
