From Crazy Customs to Supercars: Copart Finds You Have to See

Last edit: August 16 2026 • 2 view

Hey guys! As you know, Copart and IAAI are places where you can find some truly unbelievable cars – supercars, custom builds, classic, celebrity cars, and just great vehicles at very good prices. Let’s take a look at what was sold recently. Some of these cars may really surprise you. Let’s go!

And today we’ll start with an amazing 2006 Scion xB. This car was turned into an entertainment limo with a couch, bar area, monitor, lighting, and a huge amount of interior space.

This was clearly a complicated project, and a lot of work went into it. The car looks familiar and completely ridiculous at the same time. It’s not really a good Scion xB, and it’s not a perfect limo either – it’s a very memorable one-off custom project. The final bid was $15,100. Is that a lot for a car like this? People will always argue about that. But the buyer is probably very happy to get such a unique project!

The next car was sold for an incredible $439,000! Here we have a 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS.

And the price is so high because this is one of the most desirable modern versions of the 911. This is a real factory GT2 RS Weissach. It has a carbon-fiber roof and center section, a huge carbon rear wing, a carbon engine cover, and a lot of exposed carbon fiber. With 700 hp, this thing is a real beast.

It also looks like this car had a lot of modifications, because Copart listed its retail value at $1,100,000. That sounds extremely high if you don’t know what was done to the car. But damn, $439,000 can still look like a very good deal for a serious track car.

But if Porsche is the old king of the road, here comes one of the last and most extreme naturally aspirated versions of the Huracán – the 2023 Lamborghini Huracán STO.

Naturally aspirated V10, incredible sound, instant throttle response, huge aero, and the feeling of driving something very close to a road-going race car – this thing is pure adrenaline and pure fun. And this one is listed on Copart right now, which means someone may soon have a chance to buy it at a very, very good price. The STO is one of the most extreme street-legal Lamborghinis with the classic naturally aspirated V10.
Both the 991.2 GT2 RS Weissach and the Huracán STO were built for the same basic purpose, but they do it in completely different ways. The GT2 RS is brutally fast in a straight line and has an absolutely insane engine. The STO is more emotional. Its V10, reactions, and design make it feel much closer to a real GT race car.
As you can see, Copart and IAAI are not just about salvage cars. They are places where you can find incredible vehicles that can become amazing projects. You can also find daily drivers, first cars, cars for your kids, or a second car for the family. And the best part is that you decide how much you are ready to pay. You place the bids yourself.
You have to agree – it’s incredibly convenient when you can buy a car in just a few clicks. So if you’re still thinking about it, don’t wait too long. Pick a car you like and try to win an auction today.
